Birth Prep Class

This two-part comprehensive childbirth preparation course is designed to empower you as an informed participant in your labor and birth experience, regardless of your chosen place of birth. It will equip you with essential tools for effective communication with your healthcare provider, insights into baby positioning, and an exploration of comfort measures tailored to your needs.  We will also discuss topics like induction, hospital policies, and epidurals, helping you leave the class with the confidence and knowledge for a positive and empowering birthing experience.  This class is held on Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
